Klue is hiring a Director of Demand Generation to lead the company's go-to-market engine and bridge marketing output with sales pipeline. This is a hands-on operating role, not a support function, where you'll own demand generation campaigns end-to-end across email, paid, and webinars. You'll manage Klue's full event calendar including keynotes, sponsorships, booths, and follow-up campaigns. The role includes directing the SDR function—setting quarterly strategy, target segments, talk tracks, and performance metrics while partnering on hiring and coaching. You'll provide day-to-day marketing operations leadership, prioritizing workload and building systems that keep SDR workflows efficient, while also developing AI workflows to transform how demand gen operates. Success is measured by steady month-over-month increases in qualified sales opportunities, direct impact on sales pipeline with measurable deal closures, ROI achievement on marketing campaigns, team performance and growth, and successful event execution. You must have experience running multi-channel B2B SaaS demand gen campaigns end-to-end, coordinating with sales/SDR teams on targeting and messaging, planning and running in-person and virtual events, and operating effectively with lean teams and limited budgets. Some experience managing or closely overseeing another person's work is required. Nice-to-haves include managing an SDR manager directly, building community or creator partnership programs, and experience navigating budget cuts or team downsizing. Klue is a category-defining competitive intelligence company operating in a startup-like environment where you'll roll up your sleeves, iterate, and shape outcomes. The company works office-first with hybrid flexibility, with main hubs in Vancouver (HQ), Toronto, and London. Team members collaborate in-office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
