Neko Health is redefining preventative healthcare, delivering personalized, actionable health insights through non-invasive technology and direct clinical care in under an hour. The company's mission is to make data-driven, preventative care accessible globally before symptoms appear. You will lead CRM as a critical growth function at a pivotal moment. CRM at Neko is early-stage but strategically essential—currently a small team running email and SMS with Braze implementation underway in Q4 2026. You will define the vision, operating model, and investment case, then scale CRM practices across markets as the company expands, particularly in the US. In this Director role, you will: - Set long-term CRM strategy across acquisition, conversion, and retention with multi-market vision, investment cases, and success measures aligned with Growth leadership - Own measurable CRM outcomes: bookings, rebooking, referral, and revenue contribution with baselines and targets agreed with senior leadership - Design CRM as a coherent program with nurture, lifecycle, and re-engagement working together across all channels, with performance visibility at each funnel stage - Scale CRM for the US and beyond by building a repeatable playbook for new cities and markets, including regional compliance and localization - Establish test-and-learn as standard practice with a structured experimentation framework that drives decision-making - Build the CRM organization from the ground up: hire the first layer including leads and managers, define regional/channel/lifecycle structure, and develop future leaders - Own the CRM budget, vendor relationships, and tooling decisions; manage build/buy/prioritization trade-offs - Lead through others across a multi-market team, collaborating with Marketing, Comms, Product, and other business functions - Influence executive decisions on growth and report to the Senior Director of Growth In the early months, you will be hands-on: operating the platform, shaping test briefs, and making content decisions alongside the team while building out the organization. REQUIREMENTS: - Extensive experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing, including hiring and leading a team from a small base - Track record of setting CRM strategy and owning business outcomes (bookings, retention, LTV, revenue), not just channel or campaign metrics - Experience leading a CRM function through transformation or scale-up, including organization design, operating model, and infrastructure - Proven experience running structured experimentation at scale and changing direction based on results - Confidence using AI tools to operate faster and at greater scale while maintaining accuracy and quality - Experience leading CRM across multiple markets, including US requirements (CAN-SPAM, TCPA) and international privacy regulation - Experience owning a budget and managing vendors and agencies - Strong executive communication: able to present CRM's contribution to growth to senior leadership and influence decisions at that level - Ability to align and influence cross-functional partners across the business
