Jerry is building an AI-powered super app for car ownership, covering insurance, buying/selling, registration, loans, diagnostics, repairs, parking, and more. The company has raised $240M, achieved 60X revenue growth over 5 years, amassed 5M+ customers, and reached profitability in 2024. The team spans 225 people across 6 countries and includes leaders from McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Nvidia, Meta, Amazon, and GEICO.
As Director of Business Development & Partnerships, you will drive growth and success of the partner ecosystem by managing and strengthening existing partnerships while identifying and securing high-value new collaborations. You'll report directly to the VP of Partnerships and work closely with cross-functional teams (product, operations, data, sales) to craft and execute partnership strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and nurturing deep, trusted relationships with existing partners, serving as the primary point of contact for long-term collaboration
- Developing and executing structured business plans and quarterly OKRs aligned with each partner's unique goals
- Analyzing data to uncover trends, identify improvement opportunities, and drive smarter decisions for both sides
- Leading the creation of new growth opportunities with existing and potential partners through expert negotiation and deal structuring
- Providing regular insights and updates to partners and internal teams to ensure alignment and informed decision-making
- Triaging and resolving operational and executional issues across partners and internal teams

Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Management Consulting
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion with meticulous attention to detail and strong bias for action
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn and adapt quickly, and desire to contribute to a high-growth company
- Data-driven approach to decision-making with ability to analyze complex situations and make informed, actionable decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to internal and external stakeholders
