Capitalize is building critical infrastructure for the $20 trillion retirement savings market. The company modernizes the $1 trillion in annual retirement account transfers and rollovers through a digital, API-first platform serving leading financial institutions like Robinhood, Morgan Stanley, and SoFi. The company has raised $35M+ from top-tier VCs and has been recognized by TIME, Fast Company, and Forbes as one of the most innovative fintech companies. As Director of B2B Marketing, you will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and own marketing end-to-end across product marketing, enterprise go-to-market, events, advisor channel expansion, and brand. You'll act as a force multiplier for the enterprise sales team, designing and building marketing channels and enablement strategy for both enterprise and advisor segments. Key responsibilities include: leading go-to-market for product launches with positioning and messaging for sophisticated financial services buyers; developing case studies, ROI data, and competitive intelligence for sales teams; building enterprise sales toolkits (pitch decks, ROI templates, battlecards, objection guides); collaborating on large-logo ABM plays to shorten deal cycles; running a high-ROI events calendar focused on industry conferences and executive dinners; and developing a 0-to-1 go-to-market strategy for the advisor channel. You'll also own the company's brand identity, visual and verbal positioning, and corporate communications across all audiences. This is a critical, high-impact role with room to grow—you'll have the opportunity to build and lead a team as the company scales. You'll be measured on business outcomes: shorter sales cycles, higher win rates, successful product launches, and pipeline generation from new segments. The role requires a generalist athlete who can set strategy across all areas and then execute end-to-end, with direct influence over major deals, product launches, and business growth.
