BillionToOne, a publicly traded genomics company on Nasdaq, is seeking an experienced Director of Oncology Product Marketing to lead product marketing efforts for its oncology portfolio, including Northstar Select and Northstar Response precision diagnostics products. In this leadership role, you will own the complete product marketing strategy for oncology, from positioning and messaging through go-to-market execution. You'll develop compelling product positioning and messaging by collaborating cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, and other teams to ensure resonance with target audiences including healthcare professionals, Key Opinion Leaders, and patient advocacy organizations. Key responsibilities include: leading go-to-market strategy and execution for new product launches and enhancements; translating sophisticated clinical science into clear, compelling marketing collateral (brochures, trade show materials, advertisements, press releases); conducting in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market trends; partnering with external stakeholders to drive product adoption; serving as the primary product marketing resource for the field sales organization; and staying ahead of industry trends to bring innovative best practices to the organization. You'll work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where transparency fuels trust and collaboration drives breakthroughs. Required qualifications: 10+ years of product marketing experience with proven success developing and executing product marketing strategies in precision diagnostics, biotechnology, or healthcare; Bachelor's degree (BS or advanced degree in Biology or related scientific discipline preferred); strong strategic thinking and analytical skills; deep understanding of product marketing principles, competitive analysis, and market research methodologies; experience creating data-driven marketing content and commercial collateral; excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
