The Direct Asset Finance Specialist role sits within the Distribution team, which has expanded significantly since acquiring the AIB GB UK SME customer portfolio and now maintains Relationship Manager presence across the UK.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be the first point of contact for inbound Asset Finance enquiries and will support the delivery of Allica's Asset Finance product directly to customers. You will manage a portfolio of Asset Finance customers, driving income toward monthly, quarterly, and annual targets while providing exemplary relationship management and customer service.
Key responsibilities include: handling inbound calls and resolving issues for existing customers; building and developing your own customer network through cold outreach and networking in your territory; providing backup support to Relationship Managers via phone and email; rolling out targeted marketing campaigns to new prospects; owning customer service quality; reporting Key Business Indicators; identifying early warning indicators and managing credit conversations; collaborating across Allica to deliver the annual lending budget; and developing relationships with key business introducers and professional networks.
You will need proven career progression in business development within Asset Finance, established introducer (non-broker) relationships, knowledge of Asset Finance products and SME businesses, ability to structure lending proposals and write credit applications, financial analysis skills, CRM proficiency, and excellent time management.
