As Digital Strategy Executive, you will own a portfolio of approximately 15 existing digital banking clients in the Western U.S., managing a defined revenue quota tied to both retention and expansion. This role blends consultative account management with business development, ensuring clients maximize value from their Candescent partnership.
Key responsibilities include: owning a book of business and achieving revenue retention and growth goals through account planning and product expansion; engaging consultatively with executive stakeholders to align their digital strategy with business outcomes; conducting quarterly business reviews (onsite when needed) to analyze results and identify expansion opportunities; educating clients on the business impact of Candescent's products; preparing and delivering proposals and presentations; negotiating renewals and new services while maintaining high satisfaction; collaborating with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, implementation) to ensure smooth delivery; staying informed of industry trends; and representing Candescent at industry events.
You will need a bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5+ years in financial services or technology software in a sales/account management role with proven revenue results, strong executive relationship-building skills up to C-level, experience in banking or credit union space (as practitioner or vendor), consultative and solutions-based selling expertise, ability to manage multiple initiatives in complex organizations, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools, and demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment. SaaS/PaaS selling or management experience is preferred.
