Octus is a leading global provider of credit intelligence, data, and analytics serving hedge funds, investment banks, management consulting firms, and law firms since 2013. The Digital Optimization Lead will own and evolve Octus's website optimization program, driving measurable improvements in customer engagement, conversion, and pipeline contribution.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining a prioritized experimentation and personalization backlog using tools like VWO. You'll develop hypotheses, execute A/B tests, and measure business impact through data-driven analysis. The role owns website analytics and measurement using GA4 and Google Tag Manager, ensuring accurate event tracking, dimensions, segments, and tag configuration. You'll also manage website forms, lead capture operations, and marketing technology integrations, ensuring lead data flows accurately through marketing automation and CRM platforms.
You'll work closely with Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Corporate Marketing, and Marketing Operations teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations and drive approved initiatives through execution. The ideal candidate is naturally curious and proactive, uncovering opportunities independently, testing ideas, measuring results, and continuously improving the digital customer experience. You'll leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance digital experience and marketing efficiency.
Required qualifications include 4–6 years of experience in digital optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), digital analytics, and digital marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise environments. You must be fluent with A/B testing and personalization platforms (VWO, Optimizely, Adobe Target), expert-level with GA4 and Google Tag Manager, and experienced with marketing automation platforms, particularly Salesforce Marketing Account Engagement. Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills are essential, along with demonstrated ability to independently prioritize work, manage multiple initiatives, and drive projects to completion.
