Salary: USD 240,000 - 325,000 / annual

This Account Executive role targets upper mid-market and lower enterprise organizations within the DevOps ecosystem. You will own a named account list and drive full sales cycles from prospecting through close and expansion. Key responsibilities include:
• Owning the complete sales cycle for assigned named accounts, managing large deal sizes with the ability to close multi-six and seven-figure strategic deals
• Driving land-and-expand motions to grow accounts over time
• Exceeding annual quota through consistent pipeline generation and account growth
• Building deep account penetration strategies with executive-level relationships (DevOps leaders, CIOs, engineering decision-makers)
• Partnering cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Applying consultative, data-driven selling approaches combined with stakeholder input to ensure adoption
• Leveraging account-based strategies to accelerate enterprise adoption
You bring 5+ years of closing experience in upper mid-market or low enterprise SaaS sales, with a proven track record as a top performer in hunting and closing net new logos. You have demonstrated success selling into the DevOps ecosystem (tools, platforms, infrastructure), strong ability to navigate complex multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles, and a track record of exceeding quota. You're comfortable presenting to both technical stakeholders and executives, with excellent storytelling and consultative sales skills.
