Salary: USD 90,000 - 110,000 / annual

As a Digital Media Strategist, you will serve as a strategic advisor to key clients, driving overall account strategy, media planning, and forecasting for omnichannel media teams. You will bridge the gap between sales, technical services/analytics, and media execution to architect campaigns that accelerate growth and deliver measurable revenue impact. Key responsibilities include partnering with Client Success Growth Leads to present insights and forward-looking recommendations in Quarterly Business Reviews; identifying opportunities for channel expansion and creative testing; translating complex performance data into executive-ready narratives; leading day-to-day strategy for integrated media plans across Paid Search (SA360), Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), and Programmatic (DV360, CM360, Amazon, TTD); driving media forecasting, annual planning, and budget allocation with focus on funnel-stage attribution and business outcomes; translating sales and marketing objectives into clear paid media strategies; partnering with Solutions and Sales Enablement teams on closed-loop measurement and attribution; creating performance narratives connecting media inputs to consumer journey impact; and working with measurement and research teams to deliver industry insights. You will need 3+ years of digital marketing experience with strong focus on multichannel and performance strategy; strategic fluency in major advertising platforms (CM360, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, leading DSPs) and planning tools (MRI Simmons, Nielsen Media Impact); skills in media forecasting, multi-touch attribution, MMM, and translating CRM data/sales metrics into actionable insights; experience developing personas, segmentation models, first-party data activation, and full-funnel journey mapping; excellent communication and storytelling skills for complex environments with comfort presenting to executive audiences; and a 4-year college degree.
