Tanium, an Autonomous IT company, is seeking a strategic, data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale paid search and video performance programs. This role is critical to pipeline growth, managing global paid search and video campaigns across Google and Microsoft platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead end-to-end strategy and execution of global paid search and video campaigns across Google and Microsoft, including platform-specific optimization
- Own quarterly and monthly budget planning and daily pacing across paid search and video channels
- Create dashboards and reporting cadence for transparent communication of campaign performance
- Implement rigorous measurement through consistent naming conventions, tracking parameter management, and conversion event tracking
- Partner with Web team on landing page strategy and A/B testing to improve conversion rates
- Collaborate with Integrated Campaigns team to drive creative refresh at appropriate cadence
- Align paid and organic search strategies with organic search counterpart, sharing keyword insights
- Leverage insights from product and content marketing on messaging, keywords, and competitive positioning
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years B2B digital marketing experience
- 6+ years managing Google and Microsoft platforms (Paid Search, YouTube, Demand Generation)
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (Search, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Strong analytical and process-driven approach to campaign optimization
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization
- Working knowledge of Marketo, Salesforce, and GA4
- Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools
- Strong attention to detail and transparent communication style
- Knowledge of emerging ad technologies (AI-driven bidding, agentic tools)
