Arkestro is a hyper-growth B2B SaaS company that applies AI, game theory, and behavioral science to enterprise procurement. The platform helps procurement teams design and execute data-driven sourcing events, uncovering savings and reducing friction in supplier negotiations.
As Director of Digital Marketing, you will lead Arkestro's digital marketing strategy and execution across all channels. You'll own the full funnel from awareness through conversion, balancing strategic innovation with hands-on execution in a small, collaborative team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn, 6sense)
- Developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings on Google, LinkedIn, and industry-specific procurement sites
- Managing the Arkestro website, optimizing landing pages and content for conversions, and analyzing user behavior to drive improvements
- Building and refining lead funnels and nurturing workflows in HubSpot and Salesforce
- Managing paid advertising campaigns and intent marketing platforms
- Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance to guide experiments and optimization
- Managing a team of digital marketing consultants to execute priorities
- Ensuring consistent brand voice and design across all channels
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment and supporting high-priority initiatives as needed
You'll need 5+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in SaaS. Required skills include proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot is essential), marketing automation, analytics tools, and intent marketing platforms like Zoominfo or 6sense. You should have a proven track record of delivering projects on time for executive teams, strong project management and multitasking abilities, and an eye for design and visual branding. Passion for disruptive technology and comfort working in growth-stage companies is essential.
