OpenLoop is a telehealth platform enabling care delivery across all 50 states through virtual support solutions. As Digital Health Account Executive for Influencer & Creator Partnerships, you will build and scale a brand-new acquisition channel from the ground up. You'll source, pitch, and close partnerships with creators and talent management agencies to drive patient acquisition into OpenLoop's direct-to-consumer telehealth offerings. Key responsibilities include sourcing and pitching influencer partnerships, structuring and negotiating performance-based deals (CPA, revenue share, hybrid models) that align economics with partner incentives, and building repeatable processes and templates for the channel. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Creative on campaign briefs and with Legal/Compliance to ensure creator content meets healthcare regulatory requirements. You'll manage live partnerships for ongoing performance, identifying underperformers and scaling successful initiatives. You'll track channel metrics including customer acquisition cost, patient starts, and attributed revenue, feeding insights back into channel strategy. You bring 5+ years of experience in creator/influencer partnerships, affiliate/performance sales, or D2C growth, with 2–3+ years of personally closing deals. You have demonstrated success sourcing and closing partnerships, ideally through talent and management agencies, and are fluent in performance-based deal structures and channel economics. You're a self-directed builder comfortable with ambiguity who can turn early wins into scalable systems. Preferred experience includes healthcare or telehealth marketing, familiarity with affiliate/attribution platforms and creator tooling, and a track record of building channels or programs from inception.
