The Digital Growth Senior Associate reports to the Director of Digital Marketing and owns digital campaigns end-to-end. This is a hands-on role for a strategic generalist who executes like a founder, sitting at the intersection of product marketing, creative, and digital channels.
Key responsibilities include: owning full-funnel digital campaigns from brief to execution and reporting; conducting cross-functional interviews with sales, product marketing, and product teams to understand buyer dynamics and persona pain points; hands-on management of paid search, LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging channels; partnering with creative teams on asset briefs and feedback; launching and monitoring channel experiments (TikTok, Reddit, new formats); and acting as a rapid-response growth operator to identify problems, form hypotheses, and launch solutions quickly.
The role requires 3–5 years of work experience with demonstrated ownership over a campaign or program (not just execution support). Ideal candidates have a technical mindset comfortable with campaign mechanics and paid channel platforms; quantitative fluency with data analysis and performance dashboards; elite written communication across briefs, landing pages, and internal updates; strong organizational skills managing multiple workstreams; and coachability paired with self-starter drive in a fast-paced environment.
This is an on-site role at Verkada's San Mateo, CA headquarters.
