Join Lightspeed's Golf Digital Services team as a Digital Adoption Specialist, a high-impact role blending marketing strategy, client consultation, and account management. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of golf courses, helping them plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that drive measurable business results.
Key responsibilities include:
**Campaign Planning & Execution**: Proactively plan, submit, and manage seasonal and recurring marketing campaigns for golf course clients. Align campaign strategies with each course's business goals, seasonal trends, and historical performance. Build and launch campaigns directly in internal marketing platforms following established processes and QA standards. Ensure smooth handoffs to the marketing production team with clear briefs and timely approvals. Troubleshoot campaign challenges and propose optimization strategies.
**Customer Retention & Marketing Strategy**: Lead regular planning calls and check-ins to review performance, collect feedback, and propose next campaigns. Help customers understand campaign impact using reporting dashboards and analytics tools. Educate customers on best practices and workflows to reduce dependency on your support. Collaborate with Account Managers to support at-risk customers and prevent churn through proactive retention strategies.
**Campaign Performance & Reporting**: Monitor campaign success against benchmarks (CTR, engagement, conversions). Summarize insights in post-call reports and follow-ups. Maintain accurate documentation in ClickUp, capturing campaign timelines, customer sentiment, and key touchpoints.
**Cross-functional Communication**: Partner with Product, Support, and Digital Services teams to resolve escalations and improve service delivery. Surface market insights, campaign trends, and product feedback to drive improvements.
