As a Developer Relations Engineer, you'll be the bridge between Supabase and the broader developer ecosystem. Your primary responsibilities include creating high-impact technical content (especially video), building real-world demo applications, representing Supabase at events and online communities, and gathering developer feedback to inform product improvements.
Key responsibilities:
- Produce compelling technical content and video tutorials to help developers learn Supabase
- Build full-stack demo applications using Supabase with tools like Next.js, React, and Stripe
- Speak at meetups, livestream coding sessions, and engage across Discord, Twitter, YouTube, and in-person events
- Support the developer community by answering questions, highlighting projects, and celebrating contributors
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and growth teams to amplify product launches and reduce friction for new users
You should have strong full-stack engineering skills (JavaScript/TypeScript, Postgres, modern frontend frameworks), experience creating technical content, and comfort representing products publicly. Prior DevRel or open-source experience is a bonus, as is an existing audience on YouTube, Twitch, or Twitter.
