This Developer Relations Education Engineer role owns the teaching mission for Arize's flagship products (Arize AX and Phoenix). The position creates educational content across multiple formats and channels to help engineers learn AI observability and evaluation—skills most are acquiring on the job.
Primary responsibilities include: writing technical blog posts and tutorials for Arize's blog and guest publications; producing educational videos for YouTube (short explainers to long walkthroughs) and internal enablement content; running high-volume webinars end-to-end from topic selection through follow-up; building and delivering structured courses on Arize properties and external platforms; speaking at conferences and delivering hands-on workshops with accompanying demo applications; adapting content across formats so one research effort produces multiple outputs; and building AI-assisted production systems to scale content creation.
Secondary responsibilities include gathering community feedback for product insights, providing source material for marketing and SEO, collaborating with documentation teams, engaging the developer community at events and online, and prototyping product spikes with the Product team.
The role recognizes that AI moves rapidly—tutorials become outdated quickly—so content is built for continuous updates. The position also accounts for the shift in how engineers learn, with coding agents now part of the workflow. Strong writing, speaking, and teaching skills are essential, with expectation to leverage AI-driven automation to accelerate reach and output.
