In this role, you'll lead the creation of high-quality, developer-facing content that helps founders and startups understand and adopt Airwallex's platform. You'll combine technical depth with compelling storytelling to keep Airwallex top-of-mind with technical decision-makers and builders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning developer-facing editorial content including narrative case studies, integration teardowns, technical deep dives, and reference architectures
- Proactively identifying and developing high-potential stories from customers, partners, and internal teams
- Producing integration teardowns and technical explainers that help developers evaluate and adopt Airwallex
- Managing publishing and distribution of developer content across YouTube, social media, the Airwallex website, and developer hub
- Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to ensure content supports key business priorities
- Identifying opportunities to improve content sourcing and development processes
You'll have broad ownership over both the strategic direction and execution of developer content, working closely with the DevX technical writing team that owns API reference and product documentation.
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years creating technical or developer-facing content (Developer Relations, Technical Content, Developer Marketing, or similar)
- Strong ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly to developers and technical founders
- Proven track record owning content initiatives from identification through publication
- Comfortable with ambiguity and driving outcomes with limited structure
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills with experience producing narrative-driven content
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with Product and Engineering teams
- Fintech, payments, or developer platform experience is a plus
Preferred: experience producing content that drove measurable developer awareness or adoption, track record improving content creation processes, and strong cross-functional influence skills.
