Salary: USD 150,000 - 300,000 / annual
Simile is an AI infrastructure company that simulates human behavior at scale to help organizations make better decisions. The company has raised over $200M at a $2B valuation and counts F100 enterprises like CVS Health, Wealthfront, Deloitte, and Gallup among its customers. Since launching seven months ago, Simile has grown revenue 5x and built a foundation model for human behavior that has run tens of millions of simulations.
As a Deployment Strategist in Healthcare, you will be embedded within enterprise account teams, owning 1-2 customer relationships end-to-end. Your primary responsibilities include running deployment work, managing day-to-day customer needs, and becoming fluent enough in Simile's platform to contribute meaningfully to technical conversations with Fortune 500 organizations.
Key responsibilities:
- Own customer relationships: Be the trusted point of contact for your customers, staying responsive, detail-oriented, and accountable for delivery
- Drive enterprise deployments: Manage customer engagements from initial discovery through full deployment and ongoing support
- Master the product: Develop deep expertise in Simile's platform, including simulations, population modeling, evaluations, and validations, and translate this knowledge into customer conversations
- Work cross-functionally: Bridge customer needs with product and research teams, ensuring field insights inform internal product decisions
- Shape the business: Take on high-impact projects spanning customer acquisition, simulation quality, and product strategy
The ideal candidate is energized by customer relationships and product impact. You'll move fast, have real ownership from day one, and work closely with world-class researchers and engineers on problems that matter to large enterprises.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-haves:
- Mindset: Thrive in ambiguous, 0-1 environments; scrappy, resourceful, self-directed
- Reliability: Detail-oriented, accountable, consistent; someone teammates and customers can depend on
- Customer focus: Exceptional communicator who builds trust quickly with senior stakeholders and navigates complex relationships
- Product fluency: Able to learn technical concepts quickly and explain them clearly; no coding required, but comfortable with AI concepts like evaluations, validation, and model behavior
- Travel: Willing to travel for customer engagements
Ideal background (one or more of):
- Operators from companies deploying enterprise AI or data products
- Strategy consultants or investors transitioning into tech to own outcomes
- PMs or engineers who moved into business and customer-facing roles
- Healthcare and/or pharma background
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience building lightweight tools or automations (scripts, no-code tools)
- Familiarity with enterprise software deployments or B2B SaaS
