Wonderful is an AI operating system for enterprises, helping them bridge the gap between AI capabilities and operational reality. As a Deployment Strategist, you will own the end-to-end journey of enterprise customers from initial discovery through pilot and production rollout of AI solutions.
You will embed deeply with customers to understand their processes, workflows, and constraints. Your core responsibilities include leading discovery sessions to identify critical problems, defining clear scope and success metrics for pilots and rollouts, and translating customer needs into executable deployment plans for engineering teams. You'll coordinate across Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders to ensure alignment on what is being built, why it matters, and how it will succeed in production.
This is a hands-on role requiring you to manage deployment timelines, track progress, identify and remove blockers, and support production launches. You'll monitor deployed AI agents post-launch and drive follow-up improvements based on real usage patterns. Additionally, you'll identify expansion opportunities and additional use cases with customers.
You will spend significant time onsite with customers, working through real technical and operational constraints, answering difficult questions, and ensuring solutions deliver measurable value. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, technical execution, and product strategy.
Ideal candidates have experience in deployment-focused, technical, or execution-oriented roles. You should be comfortable structuring ambiguous problems into concrete plans, understand technical concepts like APIs, data flows, and system integrations, and possess strong stakeholder management skills. A high ownership mindset and bias toward action are essential. Background in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or forward-deployed roles is a plus, as is prior hands-on engineering experience and exposure to high-growth environments.
