Wonderful is an AI operating system for enterprises, helping organizations bridge the gap between AI capabilities and operational reality. As a Deployment Strategist, you will own the end-to-end deployment journey for enterprise customers, from initial discovery through pilot and production rollout.
You will embed deeply with customers to understand their processes, workflows, and constraints. Your core responsibilities include leading discovery sessions to identify critical problems, defining scope and success metrics for pilots, translating customer needs into executable deployment plans, and coordinating across Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders. You will track progress, manage risks, remove blockers, and support production launches to ensure solutions are adopted and delivering measurable value.
This is a hands-on role requiring comfort with technical concepts like APIs, MCP, data flows, and system integrations. You'll spend significant time onsite with enterprise customers, working through real constraints and ensuring AI-powered solutions deliver tangible outcomes. Post-launch, you'll monitor deployed agents, drive improvements based on usage patterns, and identify expansion opportunities.
You thrive in ambiguity, take high ownership of complex projects, and have a bias toward action. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, as you'll translate between technical teams and business stakeholders. Experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, forward-deployed roles, or production software launches is valued. The role sits at the intersection of customer success, technical execution, and product strategy.
