Wonderful is building an AI operating system for enterprises to bridge the gap between AI capabilities and operational reality. As a Deployment Strategist, you will own the end-to-end customer journey from discovery through pilot and production rollout of AI agent deployments.
You will embed deeply with enterprise customers to understand their workflows, systems, and constraints. Your core responsibilities include leading discovery sessions to identify high-impact problems, defining clear scope and success metrics for pilots, translating customer requirements into executable deployment plans for engineering teams, and coordinating across Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders throughout implementation.
This is a hands-on role requiring you to work onsite with customers, manage deployment risks, remove blockers, support production launches, and ensure solutions drive real adoption and measurable outcomes. You'll monitor deployed AI agents post-launch and identify expansion opportunities.
You should have experience in deployment-focused, technical, or execution-oriented roles with strong ability to structure ambiguous problems into concrete plans. Comfort with technical concepts like APIs, data flows, and system integrations is essential. You need excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, high ownership mindset, and bias toward action.
Nice-to-have qualifications include background in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or forward-deployed roles; prior hands-on engineering experience; experience supporting production software launches; and experience in high-growth or early-stage environments.
This role exists because enterprises are ready to adopt AI but struggle with execution. You will be the bridge, helping customers deploy AI agents that integrate with real systems, respect real constraints, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
