Salesforce is hiring Deployment Strategists to lead end-to-end customer engagements for enterprise AI deployments. You'll serve as a strategic advisor and customer-facing leader, defining agentic AI strategy, architecting solutions, and driving measurable adoption across Salesforce's platform, Data Cloud, and enterprise systems.
Key responsibilities include full lifecycle ownership from discovery through value realization, leading AI strategy and architecture workshops, managing deployment timelines and stakeholder communication, and owning adoption and consumption metrics. You'll partner closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to translate complex business challenges into live agentic AI solutions, typically completing engagements within 12 weeks or less.
You'll assess customer AI readiness, guide change management and process transformation, and serve as the primary customer contact for senior stakeholders. The role requires synthesizing field insights into product feedback that influences Salesforce's agentic AI roadmap.
Required qualifications: 4+ years in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, delivery leadership, or program management for enterprise cloud/SaaS; degree in Computer Science or related field; prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory); demonstrated understanding of Salesforce platform and agentic AI capabilities; working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex; proven ability to lead complex, ambiguous engagements end-to-end; experience leading AI/LLM solution design including agentic AI strategy and responsible AI practices; strong project and program management skills; ability to travel 25% to customer sites.
Preferred: Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, and CRM experience; AI solution design in regulated industries; Salesforce or equivalent platform certifications; change management or enterprise transformation background; advanced AI/ML concepts beyond LLMs; bias for action in unstructured, fast-moving environments.
