Mosaic is an AI-driven deal modeling platform for private markets, trusted by leading investors like Warburg Pincus, Apollo, and CVC. The platform automates core deal analyses—LBOs, DCFs, and other valuations—combining deterministic calculations with AI-powered workflows to deliver audit-ready outputs for private equity, private credit, and investment banking teams.
As a Deployment Strategist on the Customer Experience team, you'll own the post-sale relationship with Mosaic's leading PE and investment banking clients, from onboarding through renewal. You'll act as a trusted partner to deal teams, using your finance background to map Mosaic's capabilities into real-world workflows and legacy Excel models at some of the world's most sophisticated firms.
Key responsibilities include: owning a portfolio of client relationships and managing the full renewal cycle; leading onboarding, training, and workflow design for new teams; partnering with senior investment professionals to understand their strategy and identify expansion opportunities; collaborating cross-functionally with product and engineering to influence the roadmap based on client feedback; and becoming a subject matter expert on the platform, PE/IB workflows, and deal outcomes.
You'll need 1–3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or related finance; strong financial modeling and valuation fluency; the ability to synthesize customer feedback into actionable insights; exceptional communication skills to build trust across all seniority levels; and a proactive, problem-solving mindset with technical curiosity.
