Salary: CAD 58,000 - 70,000 / annual

Voltera is a rapidly scaling and profitable Canadian tech company in the additive electronics industry, serving customers across 92 countries. The company produces the V-One PCB printer (for fast circuit board design iteration) and the NOVA materials dispensing system (for flexible hybrid electronics prototyping). You will join a mission-driven, tight-knit team. In this role, you will own the marketing technology stack and drive demand generation initiatives. Key responsibilities include: • Manage and maintain HubSpot for contact management, sequences, emails, newsletters, forms, and analytics • Identify workflow improvements, automate repetitive tasks, and increase operational efficiency • Develop and maintain audience segments, lists, lifecycle stages, and campaign attribution structures • Maintain documentation for marketing systems, processes, workflows, and integrations • Contribute to marketing campaigns across email, web, digital advertising, and other channels, ensuring correct execution, optimization, and on-time delivery • Coordinate with content, creative, product marketing, sales, and other stakeholders on campaign readiness • Investigate sales funnel leaks and collaborate on lead engagement and conversion improvements • Build and maintain marketing dashboards and generate recurring performance reports • Track marketing metrics (campaign performance, lead generation, conversion rates, pipelines, acquisition costs, ROI) and translate data into actionable recommendations • Support day-to-day marketing website operations with the Content Marketer and Front-End Developer, including content updates, forms, tracking, and SEO • Oversee campaign budgets and conduct regular A/B testing and reporting • Research, track, and analyze end-to-end customer behaviors using tools like Microsoft Clarity and implement findings • Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer experience and optimize conversion Working conditions: In-office in Waterloo at least three days per week; flexible work hours. REQUIREMENTS: • Post-secondary education in marketing and 5+ years of relevant work experience • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking • Solid understanding of trends and best practices in online marketing • Demonstrable experience with: - Leading paid advertising and email marketing campaigns - HubSpot, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Semrush, and other martech tools - Running A/B and multivariate experiments - Contributing to inbound and outbound marketing programs - Evaluating customer journey and optimizing for conversion Nice to haves: Experience with web accessibility standards and guidelines; working knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
