Carta is a connected platform and AI-native ecosystem for private capital, serving 55,000 companies and 1.8M+ equity holders globally. Carta Law is a new product category focused on legal and compliance operations for private capital firms.
As Demand Generation Marketing Manager for Carta Law, you will drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue growth among target buyers—General Counsels, Chief Compliance Officers, and Heads of Legal at enterprise PE and VC firms.
Key responsibilities include:
Demand Generation Strategy: Collaborate with GTM teams (Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, Ops) to develop and execute demand generation strategies. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless campaign execution. Develop robust multichannel demand gen plans on annual and quarterly bases with clear goals, resource allocation, and KPIs. Test creative tactics iteratively and adjust programs based on performance data to maximize pipeline and conversion.
Marketing Communications and Enablement: Partner with sales, product, and customer teams to understand decision journeys and pain points of target audiences. Collaborate on mid- to bottom-funnel assets including case studies, product guides, customer success stories, webinars, solution briefs, and nurture emails. Surface impactful customer stories and pipeline insights. Work with web and performance marketing teams to optimize landing pages and conversion points. Activate content on LinkedIn, Twitter, and other networks. Partner with product marketing to evolve messaging as new features launch. Coordinate with communications and PR for consistent storytelling. Articulate Carta Law's differentiation as an AI-native legal services platform delivering speed, compliance, and cost efficiency.
Events and Field Marketing: Partner with Events team to develop geo-targeted campaigns in key hubs (New York, San Francisco, London). Identify and recruit industry voices and Carta executives for speaking engagements. Drive event promotion, registration, and follow-up activities. Collaborate with lifecycle marketing to nurture prospects and convert event interest into sales opportunities.
You will report to the Director of Demand Generation and Field Marketing and work within the Integrated Marketing team.
