commercetools is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own pipeline generation for the Manufacturing and Industrials vertical. This role sits within the Demand Generation team and is responsible for translating vertical-specific insights into campaigns, programs, and events that generate qualified pipeline.
Key responsibilities include:
• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Build and run full-funnel demand generation plans for Manufacturing and Industrials, including multi-channel campaigns, ABM programs, and always-on nurture tracks targeting priority accounts and personas.
• Event & Field Marketing: Identify and prioritize industry events, conferences, and executive roundtables where vertical buyers congregate. Own end-to-end planning, budgeting, and follow-up to convert attendance into pipeline.
• ABM Program Ownership: Partner with Sales and RevOps to identify target account lists and design tailored ABM plays including direct mail, targeted ads, personalized landing pages, and 1:1 outreach support.
• Channel & Program Selection: Determine the optimal mix of channels (paid media, webinars, syndicated content, partner co-marketing, industry publications) and manage budget allocation.
• Use Case Activation: Translate use cases, case studies, and messaging from Product Marketing into campaign assets, landing pages, and outreach sequences suited to the Manufacturing/Industrials audience.
• Pipeline Reporting & Optimization: Own and report against pipeline, MQL, and SQL targets for the vertical. Run test-and-learn cycles and continuously optimize based on performance data.
• Sales & BDR Alignment: Work closely with Sales and BDR teams to ensure campaigns are timed, targeted, and effectively followed up.
Required qualifications: 3–5 years of demand generation, performance marketing, ABM, industry marketing, or growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS. Hands-on experience running multi-channel campaigns and ABM programs from concept through pipeline reporting. Experience planning and executing field events, executive roundtables, or conference presence. Strong collaboration skills with Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps. Proficiency with HubSpot, DemandBase, Navattic, and standard reporting/attribution tools. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Genuine curiosity about using AI tools for campaign ideation, content drafting, targeting, and reporting.
Nice to have: Experience marketing to Manufacturing/Industrials sectors.
This is a full-time hybrid position requiring three days per week in the Boston office.
