Yardstik is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own the full lifecycle of demand creation and pipeline generation. This role is responsible for building and executing the programs that drive qualified opportunities to the sales team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting up and managing the signal engine: leveraging intent data, website and LinkedIn activity, job changes, and partner signals to create real-time triggers for the sales team
- Building and executing email campaigns across nurture, re-engagement, partner segments, and sales-support sequences
- Owning sending infrastructure including domain management, inbox health, warm-up protocols, and deliverability optimization
- Managing landing pages and running conversion testing to improve performance
- Ensuring inbound leads are routed to the right rep quickly and efficiently
- Running campaigns across multiple channels, measuring performance, and reporting results with clarity
The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of hands-on demand generation or growth marketing experience and is ready to own the full function. You should be proficient in HubSpot and Salesforce, building workflows, scoring models, and routing logic independently. Strong writing skills are essential for campaign development. Experience with intent tools like Clay, 6sense, ZoomInfo, or Apollo is required. You move fast, test frequently, and take ownership of outcomes.
