LiveKit is building infrastructure for the voice-driven era of computing. The platform enables developers to build, test, deploy, scale, and observe AI agents in production, powering applications for OpenAI, xAI, Salesforce, Coursera, Spotify, and thousands of others that collectively facilitate billions of calls annually.
As Demand Generation Manager, you will build the demand gen function from the ground up with a sales organization that actively wants what you're building. You'll design, launch, and own always-on demand generation campaigns across paid channels, email nurture, and content syndication to keep pace with a rapidly growing sales team's pipeline needs.
Key responsibilities include: designing and executing integrated demand gen campaigns (paid social, paid search, webinars, retargeting, ABM); building and managing the campaign calendar and reporting cadence to provide clear visibility of MQL/SQL flow to sales and marketing leadership; partnering directly with sales leadership and reps to align campaigns to territory and segment expansion so new hires ramp with pipeline in hand; managing lead scoring, routing, and attribution to demonstrate what's working; and running experiments across channels to identify what generates pipeline, not just clicks.
You should have 4+ years running demand generation or growth marketing campaigns end-to-end in B2B SaaS. You need hands-on experience building and running paid, email, and content-driven campaigns yourself (not just briefing agencies). You're comfortable partnering closely with fast-growing sales and SDR teams, adjusting to their actual needs and developing integrated campaigns that involve heavy sales collaboration. You have strong command of marketing automation and attribution tooling (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar) and are data-driven, able to tie campaigns to numbers sales actually cares about. You can troubleshoot and problem-solve on the fly and have experience with field events, driving attendance, follow-ups, and promotion.
Nice-to-have qualifications include experience marketing to developers or technical buyers, scaling a demand gen function alongside a rapidly growing sales team, ABM experience, and familiarity with voice AI, real-time infrastructure, or WebRTC.
