LiveKit is building the infrastructure layer for voice-driven computing, powering voice AI applications for OpenAI, xAI, Salesforce, Coursera, Spotify, and thousands of others. The company is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to build and own the demand gen function from the ground up, working closely with a rapidly growing sales organization.
In this role, you will design, launch, and manage always-on demand generation campaigns across paid channels, email nurture, and content syndication to support the sales team's pipeline growth. You'll build and maintain the campaign calendar and reporting cadence, providing clear visibility into MQL/SQL flow for sales and marketing leadership. A key responsibility is partnering directly with sales leadership and reps to align campaigns with territory and segment expansion, ensuring new hires have pipeline in hand from day one.
You'll manage lead scoring, routing, and attribution systems to demonstrate what's actually working, not just claim success. The role involves running experiments across multiple channels—paid social, paid search, webinars, retargeting, and ABM—and doubling down on what generates pipeline rather than vanity metrics.
You should have 4+ years of hands-on demand generation or growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with direct experience building and running paid, email, and content-driven campaigns yourself. Strong proficiency with marketing automation and attribution tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar) is essential. You're data-driven, comfortable troubleshooting on the fly, and experienced with field events. Experience marketing to developers or technical buyers, scaling demand gen alongside a growing sales team, ABM expertise, and familiarity with voice AI or real-time infrastructure are valued but not required.
