Vizcom is hiring its first Demand Generation Lead to build the enterprise marketing pipeline from the ground up. This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Marketing with a clear mandate to grow into a team leadership position as the company scales. You will own the complete demand generation funnel—from awareness through SQLs—working closely with Sales to hit revenue targets. The company has strong enterprise traction with clients including Nike, Adidas, Hasbro, and Catalyst, and is seeking someone to unlock the next phase of growth. Key responsibilities include designing and executing multi-channel demand generation programs (paid LinkedIn, Google, etc.) with focus on MQL-to-SQL conversion optimization; standing up and managing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs targeting key ICP accounts with coordinated content and outreach; owning Vizcom's presence at industry trade shows, design conferences, and virtual events; serving as the connective tissue between Marketing and Sales on ICP alignment, messaging, and pipeline goals; building sales enablement assets including battlecards and email sequences; managing the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, intent tools, ad platforms); and creating dashboards for campaign performance visibility and CAC tracking. You bring 6+ years of demand generation or growth marketing experience at B2B SaaS companies with a proven track record of building pipeline. You have hands-on ABM experience, comfort owning event strategy end-to-end, strong sales partnership instincts from working with AEs and SDRs, fluency in HubSpot or comparable platforms, and a bias for action. Early-stage or startup experience is essential. Nice-to-have skills include background in design tools or creative software, experience building small teams, and familiarity with intent data platforms. The role requires in-office presence 3 days per week in San Francisco. Compensation for this location is $170,000–$190,000 base salary plus equity. Benefits include 100% employer-sponsored medical, dental, vision, mental health, flexible PTO, 401(k) match, learning allowance, parental leave, and home office setup.
