rePurpose Global is seeking a Demand Generation & Events Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness for our Packaging Sustainability & Compliance platform. In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of demand generation campaigns and events marketing initiatives that support our go-to-market efforts.
You will manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from strategy and planning through execution and analysis. This includes developing integrated demand generation programs that combine digital marketing, content, and events to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth. You will work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and ensure marketing efforts align with revenue targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing demand generation strategies across multiple channels (email, digital advertising, content marketing, webinars)
- Planning, coordinating, and executing industry events, conferences, and virtual events
- Creating compelling marketing content and campaigns that resonate with our target audience of consumer brands and sustainability professionals
- Managing marketing budgets and measuring ROI across campaigns
- Collaborating with product, sales, and leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning
- Analyzing campaign performance and optimizing tactics based on data and insights
- Building relationships with industry partners and event organizers
You should have 3-5+ years of experience in demand generation, marketing, or related roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or sustainability-focused companies. Strong project management skills, analytical mindset, and ability to work cross-functionally are essential. Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and event management is a plus.
