Webflow is hiring a Demand Generation Associate, Field Programs to own the execution layer of demand generation for field activations, sponsorships, and third-party partnerships. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role reporting to the Director of Demand Generation with real ownership from day one.
Key responsibilities include:
• Own end-to-end demand gen execution for field plays and event activations, including outreach sequencing, list management, 48-hour event follow-up coordination, and post-campaign reporting.
• Take full lifecycle ownership of Webflow's third-party sponsorship portfolio (Exit Five, MarTech, Morning Brew, etc.), including vendor evaluation, contract coordination, budget management, campaign integration, and ROI reporting.
• Run the gifting program end-to-end—campaign trigger setup, execution, inventory management, ROI tracking, and program reporting, treating gifting as a strategic campaign tool tied to specific program moments.
• Serve as the demand gen point of contact for sponsorship and gifting programs, ensuring Sales, XDR, and Field Marketing teams have clear visibility into what's running, what has landed, and results.
• Build, maintain, and iterate on AI-assisted workflows supporting core programs—sponsorship research and evaluation, gifting campaign briefs and copy, post-event reporting, and stakeholder updates.
• Deploy AI agents in production workflows with humans in the review loop, designing systems where agents make routing, offer, and content decisions appropriately while knowing when human judgment is required.
• Evolve the role over time from executing defined programs to proposing and shaping sponsorship and field activation strategy, owning a point of view on where Webflow should invest and what outcomes those investments should drive.
• Travel up to 15-20% for company and team offsites.
Required qualifications:
• 2-4 years of experience in demand generation, revenue marketing, growth marketing, or similar function at a B2B SaaS company.
• Track record of coordinating cross-functional programs across Sales, SDR/XDR, and marketing with named examples of stakeholder management and investment tracking.
• Working experience with AI tools in production workflows—has personally built or iterated on AI-assisted sequences, briefs, or reports (beyond casual ChatGPT use).
• Comfort with marketing automation and CRM systems (Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce) for campaign setup, tracking, and reporting.
You'll thrive if you're operationally disciplined, think beyond the brief, and can balance execution excellence with strategic thinking.
