As a Demand Gen Marketer at Pogo, you will own B2B paid acquisition strategy and execution across multiple channels for a high-value, narrow audience. Your responsibilities include:
• Run B2B paid acquisition campaigns across paid social (LinkedIn, Meta), out-of-home (billboards, direct mail), and other B2B channels
• Develop creative targeting strategies including geo-targeted campaigns around industry events, hyper-targeted ads by company and title, and timing-based plays
• Contribute to channel and budget strategy with the team, identifying what to test, scale, and cut
• Apply analytical rigor to every spend decision, tracking CAC, ROAS, pipeline contribution, and attribution
• Partner with marketing, sales, and design teams on landing pages, ad creative, and full-funnel optimization
• Test, iterate, and scale winning campaigns
You'll work on a product with strong market pull and enterprise demand, blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution. The role rewards creative precision targeting over volume-based spend and offers real ownership over budget and performance. You'll operate with autonomy in a fast-moving, analytical, product-minded team that prioritizes measurement and iteration.
The company emphasizes that this is not a pure media-buying role—you'll influence positioning, landing pages, creative strategy, attribution, and pipeline impact. Every dollar is scrutinized through efficiency metrics. The environment is fast-paced with shifting budgets and priorities based on performance. You'll need to thrive with autonomy and minimal structured playbooks. The company offers unlimited PTO with a minimum 20-day vacation policy and flexible work schedules.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 3–6 years of B2B paid acquisition experience at a SaaS company with meaningful paid spend
• Proven track record owning real budget (not a small line item)
• Experience running multiple paid channels (LinkedIn, Meta, and beyond)
• Strong analytical rigor: ability to defend spend decisions using CAC, ROAS, pipeline contribution, and attribution data
• Experience at a fast-growing organization with real ownership and autonomy
• Bonus: AI tools in marketing workflows; out-of-home, billboard, or direct mail experience; experience marketing to data/insights buyers, market researchers, or brand teams
