Bland AI, a Series C startup backed by Emergence Capital, Scale Venture Partners, Y Combinator, and founders of PayPal and Twilio, is seeking a Demand Generation Lead to own the company's pipeline generation engine. The role sits at a critical inflection point—the marketing team has built strong foundations in content, brand, events, and product marketing, and now needs someone to systematize and optimize demand generation into predictable, measurable pipeline. You will own demand generation end-to-end: campaign strategy and execution across paid media (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, retargeting), email lifecycle marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), events, and content. You'll build quarterly campaign plans with a relentless focus on enterprise pipeline quality and conversion efficiency. Operationally, you'll own HubSpot and marketing automation infrastructure—designing lead scoring models, nurture workflows, attribution systems, dashboards, and reporting that give the entire company visibility into marketing performance and ROI. You'll manage paid acquisition budgets, constantly testing messaging, audiences, creative, and landing pages to improve CAC and conversion rates. You'll partner closely with Sales on account-based marketing, coordinating personalized campaigns targeting high-value enterprise accounts. You'll also work across Brand, Content, Product Marketing, Growth, Events, and RevOps to ensure every initiative contributes to pipeline. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience, deep HubSpot expertise, and a track record of building demand generation programs from scratch or significantly improving existing ones. You're analytical, hands-on, and comfortable jumping into tools yourself. You love dashboards, attribution modeling, and understanding why campaigns succeed or fail. You have strong technical marketing skills across paid media, lifecycle marketing, CRM management, and reporting. Nice-to-haves include ABM platform experience, SQL/RevOps knowledge, and enterprise sales motion familiarity. This is a builder role for someone excited by ambiguity, ownership, and direct impact on company growth. You'll work alongside ambitious people at one of the fastest-growing AI companies, with a beautiful office in Levi's Plaza, San Francisco.
