ServiceTitan is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead the Enterprise Implementation Services team, overseeing a team of three Enterprise Implementation Consultants responsible for managing 4-6 concurrent projects each. This role is central to ensuring successful platform implementation and client satisfaction for ServiceTitan's largest customers in the Lawn and Pest industry.
Key responsibilities include managing and coaching a team of implementation consultants through weekly one-on-ones, conducting weekly status meetings with client stakeholders and executive leadership, and handling client escalations professionally. You will partner closely with your team to ensure each implementation phase is completed efficiently, on-time, and to the highest standards. The role requires proactive collaboration with cross-functional teams including sales, data, training, and product to deliver against defined project timelines.
You will act as a thought partner to senior leadership on long-term strategy development, stay current on FieldRoutes functionality and industry best practices, and periodically travel to client sites 20-30% of the time. Success in this role means driving both exceptional client sentiment and retention while fostering a collaborative team culture that enables growth.
Required qualifications include 7-10 years of relevant experience combining team management, client relationships, project management, technology/SaaS implementation, or home/commercial services industry knowledge. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required. You should demonstrate exceptional attention to detail while managing multiple concurrent projects, proactive problem-solving abilities, strong relationship-building skills, and a collaborative team-player mindset. Experience with SmartSheet is a plus but not required.
