You'll join the DeFi team as an Algorithmic Trader, researching on-chain protocols and running data-driven experiments to advance understanding of decentralized finance. This is a full-time role where you'll work as an analytical, programmatic problem solver in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Researching and analyzing on-chain protocols and DeFi mechanisms
- Designing and executing data-driven experiments to test trading hypotheses
- Working across multiple codebases and programming languages
- Collaborating with experienced traders and developers on protocol design and trading strategy
- Contributing to the team's understanding of ecosystem dynamics and emerging opportunities
You'll wear multiple hats in this builder-focused role, exploring the frontiers of DeFi design space. The team values open dialogue, creative exploration, and mentorship while encouraging you to develop your own perspectives and challenge ideas. You'll receive guidance from experienced traders while having autonomy to pursue new areas of inquiry.
