As a Dealership Success Manager, you will own a portfolio of wholesale dealer accounts and drive revenue growth through relationship building, account expansion, and consistent sales execution. Your primary responsibilities include managing account performance and growth, sourcing and onboarding new dealer accounts, and driving participation in vehicle auctions (Eblock, Openlane, etc.). You will engage dealers in sales-focused conversations about specific inventory, work to secure autobids and increase bidding activity, and execute the full auction cycle from pre-auction demand generation through post-auction follow-up. You'll maintain consistent portfolio coverage by actively managing accounts, prioritizing outreach based on opportunity, and re-engaging inactive dealers. The role requires operating with speed and urgency to address dealer issues including arbitrations and post-sale concerns while maintaining momentum on sales activities. You'll use HubSpot and other tools to track performance, manage your pipeline, and monitor results against defined KPIs. The ideal candidate brings strong sales and relationship-building skills with a track record of measurable results. You thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure, KPI-driven environments and are highly motivated by targets and daily activity metrics. You're an excellent communicator capable of leading effective sales conversations, handling objections, and driving bids. You're organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage high account volumes with consistent follow-up. A valid OMVIC license is required or must be obtained within the first month. The role is 100% on-site at the Mississauga facility.
