Salary: USD 105,000 - 115,000 / annual

The company combines AI-driven search with public and private content (equity research, company filings, event transcripts, expert calls, news, and trade journals) to help sophisticated companies remove uncertainty from decision-making. The Deal Desk Analyst role sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Legal, supporting the Revenue Operations team. You will combine hands-on deal support with process design and AI tooling to accelerate deal cycles and establish repeatable, auditable processes. Key responsibilities include: - Proactively review inbound deals for structure, pricing, discounting, and terms, flagging risks and inconsistencies early - Serve as a hands-on partner to Sales throughout the deal cycle, answering questions about deal commercials in real time and unblocking deals stuck in review - Apply pricing guardrails and discount frameworks consistently, escalating exceptions through appropriate approval paths - Partner with Legal and Finance to ensure non-standard terms are reviewed, priced, and documented correctly - Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement in the deal review process, from approval routing to documentation to team handoffs - Work with RevOps/Systems teams to embed AI-assisted steps into the Deal Desk workflow (CPQ, CLM, CRM) - Maintain core Deal Desk metrics: cycle time, approval turnaround, discount/exception rates, SLA attainment, and deal quality You will report to the Deal Desk Manager and work in Mountain or Pacific Time zones. Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, FP&A, or related revenue operations function, ideally at a high-growth SaaS or tech company - Strong grasp of deal structuring, pricing, and contract fundamentals (discounting, ramps, multi-year terms, non-standard clauses) - Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM; quoting and/or CLM tools experience is a plus - Curiosity for applying AI tools to operational or deal workflows - Excellent judgment under time pressure - Strong cross-functional communication skills, comfortable working with Sales, Legal, and Finance - Process-oriented mindset with a bias toward documenting and scaling what works
