We are seeking a Data Engineer to join our Data Warehouse (DWH) team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our corporate data warehouse using cloud technologies and industry best practices. Your work will directly support business users, data analysts, and machine learning engineers across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining the data warehouse infrastructure
- Building and optimizing EL/ELT/ETL pipelines for data ingestion and transformation
- Implementing data synchronization between internal and external systems
- Creating development tools for collecting and processing data into the DWH
- Integrating new tools and practices for data governance and data quality
- Optimizing costs across data infrastructure
You should have 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer with strong expertise in DWH development and maintenance. Required skills include proficiency in Python and SQL with best practices, system design principles, and familiarity with modern data architecture patterns (Kimball, Inmon, Medallion, Data Mesh). Experience with our tech stack is highly valued: Airflow, dbt, BigQuery, Clickhouse, PostgreSQL, Docker, GitLab CI/CD, and Google Cloud Platform.
Bonus skills include REST/gRPC API experience, familiarity with modern data storage systems (relational, MPP, NoSQL), and hands-on Google Cloud Platform experience.
