Neara is building physics-enabled digital twins of electricity grids using advanced machine learning to help utilities understand infrastructure challenges and optimize resilience. The Customer Value Architect will work directly with Neara's highest-value customers to drive platform adoption, value realization, and expansion. In this role, you will develop deep proficiency with the Neara platform and translate its technical capabilities into quantifiable business outcomes for enterprise customers. You'll spend meaningful time on-site with customers to embed platform usage across their organizations, ensure contractual deliverables are met, and validate that solutions are delivering identified business results. Key responsibilities include: partnering with customers to define and track ROI metrics and business cases; serving as a trusted technical and commercial advisor; identifying expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts; designing and delivering training workshops aligned with customer workflows; engaging broad stakeholder audiences to build credible, transparent relationships; and collaborating with Neara's Sales and Deployment teams to inform account strategies and growth opportunities. You will need to understand customer strategic imperatives and pain points, translate them back to Neara solutions, and help navigate organizational change management and workflow integration. You'll also identify emerging client needs and feed insights back to internal teams to shape product and go-to-market strategy. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys enterprise customer engagement, understands software deployments, and can bridge technical complexity with business value. Experience in consulting, enterprise account management, software platforms, and ROI framework development is essential. Technical background (software engineering, programming, data integration) is required. Energy sector or infrastructure experience is a plus. The role requires monthly travel.
