Neara is building physics-enabled digital twins of electricity grids using advanced machine learning to help utilities understand infrastructure challenges and optimize resilience across millions of kilometers of infrastructure globally. The Customer Value Architect will work directly with Neara's highest-value customers to drive platform adoption, value definition, and expansion. You will develop deep proficiency with the Neara software platform and translate its technical capabilities into quantifiable ROI for enterprise customers. This role requires significant on-site customer engagement, including travel approximately monthly. You will work closely with customer stakeholders across technical and business functions to ensure successful platform adoption, validate contractual deliverables, and identify expansion opportunities. Key responsibilities include: embedding Neara solutions within customer organizations; developing business cases and ROI metrics aligned with customer strategic goals; designing and delivering training sessions and workshops; identifying emerging customer needs and pain points that Neara can address; collaborating with internal Sales and Deployment teams to inform account strategies; and serving as a trusted technical and commercial advisor. You will need to understand customer strategic imperatives, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and translate between technical platform capabilities and business outcomes. The role requires strong critical thinking to map customer outcomes back to technical solutions, as well as proactive problem-solving to identify creative approaches to customer challenges. Ideal candidates have significant enterprise account management experience (ideally from consulting), familiarity with enterprise software deployments, software engineering or technical background, and experience building customer value and ROI frameworks. Programming, data integration, and macro/scripting skills are valued. Energy sector experience is a plus but not required. You must be willing to travel monthly and have unrestricted working rights; visa sponsorship is not available.
