Mixpanel is a leading product intelligence and analytics platform trusted by 29,000+ companies. The Customer Value Architects team sits within the revenue organization and bridges the gap between what customers purchase and the actual value they realize from Mixpanel.
In this role, you'll own the adoption and value plan for a defined portfolio of accounts, serving as a relationship-first advisor who connects each customer's Mixpanel investment to measurable business outcomes. You'll work across onboarding, adoption, and renewal cycles to ensure customers achieve their expected ROI.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning end-to-end value plans for each account, connecting business problems to measurable outcomes
- Building trusted relationships with business and technical stakeholders across customer organizations
- Running discovery on customer priorities and translating findings into concrete adoption plans
- Partnering with Account Executives on expansion opportunities and renewal counterparts on renewal execution
- Leading enablement sessions on dashboard design, funnel analysis, and retention modeling
- Monitoring usage and health signals, conducting business reviews to surface opportunities and catch risk early
- Identifying underused features and contracted capabilities, turning them into clear recommendations
- Triaging product questions and escalations appropriately
- Developing a point of view on customer AI maturity and leveraging Mixpanel's AI capabilities to support their product data work
- Coordinating with GTM, Product, and Engineering teams on escalations and sharing best practices
You should have experience in customer success, consulting, or related B2B SaaS support roles. You excel at managing relationships across diverse stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business terms, and turning product usage into compelling ROI narratives. Hands-on experience with AI tools (MCP-based workflows, LLM copilots) is expected. Background in product analytics, growth, data-driven product development, technical advisory, or analytics instrumentation is a plus.
