Mixpanel is the leading product intelligence and analytics platform trusted by 29,000+ companies. The Customer Value Architects team sits within the revenue organization and bridges the gap between what customers purchase and the actual value they derive from Mixpanel.
In this role, you'll serve as a relationship-first advisor managing a defined book of accounts. You'll own the adoption and value plan for each account, understanding why they bought Mixpanel, tracking whether they're achieving expected ROI, and supporting the enablement and product usage needed to get there.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning value plans that connect customer business problems to measurable outcomes
- Building trusted relationships with business and technical stakeholders
- Partnering with Account Executives on expansion and renewal counterparts on renewals
- Leading enablement sessions on dashboard design, funnel analysis, and retention modeling
- Monitoring usage and health signals to surface what's working and catch risk early
- Identifying underused features and turning them into customer recommendations
- Triaging product questions and routing escalations appropriately
- Developing a point of view on customer AI maturity and leveraging Mixpanel's AI capabilities
- Coordinating with GTM, Product, and Engineering teams on escalations
You should have experience in customer success, consulting, or related B2B SaaS support roles. You excel at building relationships across stakeholders, translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences, and connecting product usage to customer outcomes. Hands-on experience with AI tooling (MCP workflows, LLM copilots) is required. Bonus experience includes product analytics, growth, technical advisory, or data instrumentation backgrounds.
This role is designed for someone building skills to own accounts end-to-end with manager and senior teammate support, ready to grow into greater independence.
