Mixpanel is a leading product intelligence and analytics platform trusted by 29,000+ companies. The Customer Value Architects team sits within the revenue organization and bridges the gap between what customers purchase and the actual value they realize from Mixpanel. In this role, you'll serve as a relationship-first advisor for a defined book of accounts, owning the adoption and value plan for each customer. You'll understand why customers bought Mixpanel, track whether they're achieving expected ROI, and support the enablement and product usage needed to get them there. You'll build trusted relationships with both business and technical stakeholders, partner closely with Account Executives and renewal teams, and develop perspective on how customers should leverage AI in their product workflows. Key responsibilities include: owning value plans that connect business problems to measurable outcomes; building relationships across stakeholder groups and aligning Mixpanel capabilities to customer priorities; discovering customer pain points and translating them into adoption plan updates; partnering with Account Executives on expansion opportunities and renewal counterparts on execution; leading enablement sessions on dashboard design, funnel analysis, and retention modeling; monitoring usage and health signals to surface what's working and catch risk early; identifying underused features and contracted capabilities for recommendations; triaging product questions and routing escalations appropriately; developing perspective on customer AI maturity; and coordinating with GTM, Product, and Engineering teams on escalations. You'll be building skills to own accounts end-to-end with support from your manager and senior teammates. This is an individual contributor role focused on customer success and adoption, not a people management position.
