Entyre Care is a high-growth healthcare startup focused on Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS). We're seeking a Customer Success Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients navigating our programs. This role blends customer service with sales instincts. You'll handle inbound calls, texts, and voicemails from families and individuals seeking homecare services. Many clients are encountering healthcare, Medicaid, documentation, and reimbursement processes for the first time—your job is to explain complex topics simply, build trust quickly, and guide them through onboarding and next steps. Key responsibilities include: - Serve as primary contact for all client inquiries across multiple channels - Assess client needs, determine eligibility, and guide onboarding - Use follow-up and sales instincts to move clients toward completion of required steps (document submission, appointments, etc.) - Explain Entyre Care's programs, Medicaid waivers, billing, background checks, and reimbursement in clear, accessible language - Manage high-volume communication while maintaining accuracy and professionalism - Track client status and open issues in internal systems - Maintain accurate client records and documentation - Identify issues and escalate appropriately to Billing, Compliance, Clinical, or Admin teams - Coordinate communications around payment discrepancies, discharges, and operational issues - Manage existing client scheduling - Contribute to process improvements by identifying recurring questions and bottlenecks You'll need 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, healthcare administration, client intake, call center operations, or related roles. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to explain complex processes clearly. You should be personable, empathetic, and confident on the phone, with strong follow-up instincts and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple conversations, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously is critical.
