Veeam Software, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking a Customer Success Renewals Representative to manage contract renewals in assigned territories. This role focuses on protecting and growing revenue through customer retention while identifying upselling opportunities for premium services and add-on products.
Key responsibilities include managing renewal contracts in your assigned territory, monitoring expiring agreements and taking timely action to maintain customers, providing accurate proposals and quotes aligned with customer agreements, handling inquiries related to pricing, co-terming, upselling and reinstatement, collaborating positively with customers, partners and internal teams, recording all activities in the CRM system, and achieving sales targets with a focus on customer retention and revenue growth.
You will need fluent English and German (minimum B2 level) for effective communication with customers and partners. A minimum of two years of sales experience in software or a related industry is required. You should demonstrate strong customer service and organizational skills, work effectively in a fast-paced and semi-autonomous environment, be self-motivated and able to manage high volumes of communications, and possess basic knowledge of virtualization. Proficiency with Salesforce is a bonus.
