As a Senior Strategic Customer Success Manager, you will be the first person in this newly created role, partnering with Samsara's largest and most complex customers to drive multi-year digital transformation initiatives. You'll act as a strategic transformation partner, working closely with customer executives to understand their unique operational challenges and advise on leveraging Samsara's platform—including Video-Based Safety, Vehicle Telematics, Apps and Driver Workflows, and Equipment Monitoring.
Key responsibilities include: serving as the strategic customer leader for enterprise and global accounts; composing joint success plans with clear objectives, metrics, and timelines; orchestrating executive business reviews between customer decision-makers and Samsara leadership; conducting workshops to understand current operations and recommend workflow optimizations; deeply understanding platform capabilities across diverse verticals (field services, utilities, long-haul transportation, school buses, etc.); partnering cross-functionally with Product, Support, Finance, and Sales teams; building and scaling the role's processes and content; mentoring the wider Customer Success team; and embedding Samsara's cultural principles as the company scales globally.
