Worldly is an impact intelligence platform providing ESG data and supply chain insights to 40,000+ global brands, retailers, and manufacturers. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of European clients, helping them build and operate world-class ESG data collection programs aligned with their sustainability goals.
You'll report to the EMEA Customer Success Lead and partner with Product, Education, and Customer Support teams to drive customer value and program performance. Key responsibilities include: managing client relationships to maximize value from Worldly's tools; consulting with clients to design data collection programs; onboarding and training clients and their supply chain partners; monitoring program performance; serving as the primary strategic contact for supply chain initiatives; and collaborating with the broader Customer Success organization.
You'll work with complex client portfolios, juggling multiple relationships while maintaining attention to detail. The role requires understanding client context and challenges, then designing solutions that support their sustainability objectives. You'll champion a culture where every interaction deepens client relationships and solves problems.
The position is fully remote within Europe but may require occasional global travel to support the European client base and company events. You'll need flexibility for early/late hours to accommodate client needs across time zones.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in customer success or client services, hands-on experience with consumer goods and/or fashion supply chains, and a sustainability background. You should thrive in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environments, navigate ambiguity well, and bring strong analytical and project management skills. Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot), project management software, and standard office/collaboration platforms is expected.
