Anthropic is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to drive AI adoption across semiconductor, manufacturing, and retail industries. You'll serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to complex enterprise customers, helping them maximize value from Claude's capabilities across API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code.
Key responsibilities include building strategic relationships with customer decision-makers to understand their business objectives and identify optimization opportunities. You'll become an expert in Anthropic's product suite, leveraging deep industry knowledge to guide customers toward the right solutions. You'll monitor usage patterns across both consumption-based (API) and seat-based (Claude for Enterprise/Claude Code) models, proactively identifying optimization opportunities and driving expansion.
You'll serve as a thought partner, enhancing customer knowledge of Claude products by socializing the product roadmap and engaging Product PMs. You'll document and quantify customer value realized through business outcomes and ROI metrics to build compelling cases for continued investment. A key focus is identifying new use cases and lines of business not currently onboarded, partnering with customers and Sales to discover new applications across departments and workflows.
You'll develop and execute change management strategies to drive end-user adoption, including Train the Trainer programs and Center of Excellence development. You'll own the complete customer experience across their lifecycle—managing comprehensive account and success plans, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews, and serving as the primary conduit between customer and Anthropic. Finally, you'll develop scalable engagement strategies and playbooks for your industry portfolio, balancing high-touch strategic accounts with efficient coverage models.
Ideal candidates have 6+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Engineering, with enterprise experience in Financial Services, Systems Integrators, Semiconductor, Manufacturing, or Retail. You should have technical fluency with AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns. Experience driving success across both consumption-based and seat-based business models is essential, along with a strategic mindset for identifying growth opportunities and a proven track record managing account portfolios while maintaining strong relationships.
